Through an innovation or capstone project, students demonstrate readiness for university or employment, emerging as tech-savvy, future-ready professionals capable of adapting to global digital transformations.
Structured Internship Training guarantee for all students
All internship placements are structured and pre-determined, ensuring that each student is placed in a work environment directly relevant to their chosen degree specialization. The training component is academically supervised, allowing students to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world business applications. Internship roles are selected to align with individual career goals, supporting smooth transition into full-time employment or entrepreneurship.
Students receive professional mentoring from both industry partners and faculty advisors throughout the placement period. The experience culminates in a career development review, equipping graduates with practical exposure, employability skills, and clear pathways into their preferred professional sectors.
Duration of Internship Program: Six Months
Students who have successfully completed Grade 8 under the Sri Lankan local syllabus or any international syllabus are eligible to apply for entry to UNISTEM College.
