- At UNISTEM College, we are privileged to be guided by Emeritus Professor Indralal De Silva, one of Sri Lanka’s most distinguished educationists and academic leaders. A globally recognised scholar, Professor De Silva has served as a research fellow at Harvard University, the Australian National University, and the National University of Singapore. He is the former Head of the Department of Demography and Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Colombo, where he made lasting contributions to higher education and research. His leadership, wisdom, and vision continue to inspire our mission of academic excellence and innovation.
- The CEO of UNISTEM College, Mr. Gihan Talgodapitiya, is a distinguished educator, corporate trainer, and consultant with over three decades of experience across Sri Lanka and the wider Asian region. He has partnered with more than 300 organisations and conducted over 4,500 seminars and workshops, championing innovation, productivity, and strategic excellence. A Commonwealth Fellow (UK) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), Mr. Talgodapitiya holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. His extensive consultancy portfolio includes collaborations with the International Labour Organization (ILO), EUROCHAM, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce, establishing him as a respected thought leader in education, organisational development, and industry transformation.
- The College Faculty is led by Ms. Harsha Weerakkodi, an accomplished educator with over a decade of teaching experience in leading international schools and tertiary education institutes. She holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Peradeniya, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Kelaniya. Ms. Weerakkodi has received specialised training in teaching and pedagogy from Pearson UK, the University of Northampton, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and the British Council, strengthening her expertise in innovative and learner-centred education.
